Houseguest is the event registration, guest list and door check-in platform for Soho House Copenhagen. It runs every stage of an event, from the first invitation through to the attendance report.
What Houseguest does
Houseguest is the event and guest list system used by the Soho House Copenhagen team. Staff create an event, publish a private registration link, collect responses, manage capacity and waitlists, check guests in and out at the door, and review attendance afterwards.
Who uses it
The platform is used by employees of Soho House Copenhagen and by invited guests who receive a personal registration link. It is a working business tool, not a public directory of events, so event pages are unlisted by design.
How access works
Staff sign in with a company account. Door and reception teams use a short event access code on a tablet or phone. Guests only ever see their own invitation or booking page.
Data and privacy
Only the details an event needs are collected, marketing consent is always separate and optional, and every door action, export and consent change is recorded in an audit log. Full detail is in the privacy notice.
